Just as the Americans celebrate our St. Patricks Day, we should celebrate the Fourth of July!

The 4th of July is a huge holiday celebration in America to mark the 1776 adoption of the Declaration of Independence, allowing America freedom from England. America usually marks the event with firework displays, parties, concerts and barbeques to get everyone together.

Why not hold your own 4th of July party? Have all your friends over for a bbq and have a red,white and blue theme.

We have always got amazing feedback about our range of latex masks, however we think that just showing a picture doesnt do justice to the realism of of good our masks actually look. So here’s a quick demo!

Had such a laugh this morning. Decided to take the Greyland “Fandor ” Mask for a test run so did my supermarket shopping this morning with Fandor and a blonde ”boy band“ wig. I really can’t get over how realistic these masks are, not a single person noticed it wasnt my real face.

Its school boy error number #1 not to consider if you really want a masked costume or not. There’s both advantages and disadvantages to wearing costumes with masks. Lets explore:

Advantages:

You can get away with way more misbehaviour when you’ve a mask on.

Your always photo perfect with a mask – good for hiding those spots or blemishes and for the girls no need for make up.

Dodging an Ex girlfriend or boyfriend? Lets say no more… For this masks are a gift!

Disadvantages:

 Masks are obstacles to drinking

 Fancy a kiss, erm hang on a sec let me just get this off…

There is a half way solution, you can go with and eye mask which disguises you and still lets you comfortable slug away at your drinks. So with this in mind maybe you should choose wether you want a mask and if so which one and work on your costume decision from there.
