At TheCostumeShop.ie shipping is charged at a fixed price for each order regardless of the number of items bought. In the case of an order for anywhere in Ireland, if a customer is in a rush to receive a purchase the NEXT DAY Priority Packaging and Courier Delivery option is available. We realise many people purchase costumes at the last minute so we offer a next working day delivery service for orders made before 4.00pm that opt for express shipping.

Please note that all packages must be signed for and therefore we request you choose a delivery address where someone will be available to receive and sign for your items.

€11.00 Next Day Delivery - Priority Packing and Express Shipping - orders made before 4.00pm Monday to Thursday will be Delivered Next Day. Orders made on Friday before 4.00pm will arrive on Monday. Weekend orders arrive on Tuesday.

99% of our packages are delivered within the specified times given, however, we cannot accept responsibility for loss, inconvenience or any distress caused as a result of a package not arriving on time. We use a third party courier with a great reputation, however, on rare occasions human error will cause a package to be delayed or lost. We appreciate the understanding of all our customers.

Pick Up Point:

Due to customer feedback, we have introduced a pick up point at our warehouse. Please note that the pick up point is not a shop and orders must be placed online. Once the order has been placed online orders will be ready to collect between 2 hours and for up to 14 days later. Our pick up point is open Monday - Friday from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Please also be aware there are NO changing facilities available at the pick up point.
