Popeye Costume

Popeye the Sailor Man costume includes a black top with red and black collar, padded muscle arms with tattoos and "Popeye the Sailor Man" in print on the left hand side of top. Blue trousers are also included.

To complete the famous comic look costume it also includes a sailor hat, soft foam pipe and spinach can which can hold drinks.
