Plus Size Dorothy Costume - Knee Length

Plus Size Dorothy costume includes a long blue and white chequered dress with puff sleeves and lace detailing at the front. The dress also features and attached apron and an attached petticoat to add volume to the skirt. Also included in this fairytale look is a pair of white hold ups with blue bows.

Please note the picture shows tights but white hold ups with blue bows are included.
