From the famous TV programme "Sesame Street", this cute Cookie Monster costume includes a blue faux fur sleeveless dress with elasticated waist, attached white PVC belt with bow and a cookie. This costume also includes matching blue stockings with white PVC bow and the cute cookie monster hair band.
