The top of the dress closes with a hook and eye to the front.

The skirt of the dress is also white with navy stripes on the trim, the skirt also features light up anchors for a special effect.

We would also recommend that you place a petticoat under the skirt for a more fuller look.

Completing your Anchor Management look there is also included a classic white sailors hat with blue stripe.
