Oktoberfest Hat

I got the hat for a school play it was lovely very happy with my oder like all the other thing I got from here 5 stars from me .

I ordered this but it looks nothing like the picture online - there is no blue and white ribbon, and the feather is not white. Mine came with half a red feather just slapped on the side - so disappointed.
